DESSERT @ MIN JIANG, GOODWOOD PARK HOTEL, SINGAPORE

Pomelo Mango Pudding


Instead of boring you with the same old dim-sum we had for lunch, here are what we had for dessert. Unlike the usual firm jello-type pudding, these are more like the creamy rice pudding type. It's the little touches in the presentation that sets the dessert apart from the rest. Needless to say, these are goody-goody gumdrops, my heart is doing flip flops....

Stayed at this hotel on our first journey to the West during the 1st. term break; my dad hired a white Mercedes (those with tiny fins) private "taxi" and packed 8 of us including the driver (3 in front, and the rest at the back) and traveled all the way to Penang and back. Just imagine how tiny all of us were then!
