DINNER @ TAMBUAH MAS, PARAGON, ORCHARD ROAD

Ayam Istimewa


This tiny Indonesian restaurant tucked under the basement of the Paragon serves great spicy fare at reasonable price. Service is prompt and efficient despite the weekend crowd. The Ayam Istemewa is crispy fried chicken unlike any other. The Lotong is a mixture of light curry vegetables cooked with compressed rice roll. The petai beans may make your piss stink in the morning, but this is one hell of a sambal dish fried with crispy anchovies.
