LUNCH @ CRYSTAL JADE KITCHEN, NGEE ANN CITY, SINGAPORE

Pan Fried Radish Cake


Yet another dim-sum at one of the Crystal Jade's outlet. The one that stands one is the dish below. Pity, they were out of kidneys, otherwise it'd be kidney and liver in special sauce. Never expect such thick slices of liver to be so tender and soft - not a bit of pinkish in sight. Divine!


I'm not myself these few days....... excuse me if I sound in-cohesively; drowned in Codine, and covered in spots due to medication allergy. Taste is shot... Ziggy Stardust and spiders from Mars.... don't expect too much till I get outta S'pore Stupor.
