This is a combo fried white radish cake, done 2 ways: one with dark sweet sauce, and the other with salted preserved turnip and egg; the former being wet and the latter is crisp and dry. A complete antithesis of one another. RM4 per serving. Very nicely done! Among the best I've tasted so far.

Slurp slurp :p~~ Make me lau chui nua...
And it's so serendipitous... Only yesterday I was told about some char kueh stall at Tabuan Jaya. Wonder if it's the same one.
slurp is the word!
there's only one at the xiang2/merrypark cafe, t.j.
not sure if u guys tried the cha kueh at tabuan jaya market. But if u wan to try then do make sure it's the aunty that goreng and not that old lady or guy if not then sure not nice cos they got no patience :P
how to tell the difference between aunty and old lady? both also aunty, no?
Aiyah, Double K, who's this second Anonymous? Anyway, the char kueh stall that was recommended to me is located in front of that stationery shop which also does photostating (same row as another stationery shop called Zhen Zhen). In TJ too.
told you guys to give yourself a name... so many annoynimous, don't know who's who... you have only yourself to blame.
i anoint you 'teochew -po'. what other thing besides char kueh is there in that cafe?
Wah, you're so good at guessing. Teochew-po is the first anonymous. When there's second, only then it becomes aNNOYnimous lah. I don't know what else they serve there. Haven't been there.
Another one at TJ, dunno if it's the same one though. Right outside Honey kopitiam, in front of the stationery shop. Husband goreng, wife takes order & serves. Stall opens after 2pm.
i can't even find where zhen2 is? and the coffee shop next to kaya toast place is quite bare. across the street, there is no stationery shop next to the coffee shop.
