In light of the Landas of Discontent, our commander-in-chief chooses to beat about the bush rather than focus on the crux of the matter - the marginalized Indians in the country; it's more on the illegality of the street protest and attribute the protest to "opposition troublemakers", than acknowledgment of the people's grievances.
