NEW CAPITAL RESTAURANT: VISIT #3

Hainanese Poached Chicken

I asked for a simple Hainanese Chicken Rice at Capital Restaurant, Sibu, and this is what we got!!! If it looked reminiscent of the food we had last time, this is not a rehash of some old photos. Well, the same person belanjar (treated), hence the food seemed like déjà vu. As usual the food was excessive, with the huge fish and double entrée of vegetables. And there were only six of us.

Why am I showing you this? This is a prelude to what's to come tomorrow. Don't get your hope too high...

mustard green is the vegetable you see among all the seafood - the kind they use to make kiam chai. the dish is rich in flavor with its sauce.

ABOUT THIS BLOG

As the name implies, it's all about nothing! Kongkaying is like grasping in the air - more like hot air with occasional fartulence. Hopefully, something aromatic will come out of it! If not...
