PAN FRIED MARINATED DORY

This is a quick and simple fix-me-up meal. The frying can be messy with the shallow pan. Putting the fish beneath a broiler achieves the same result.

INGREDIENTS
3 Pcs. Dory ● 3 Tbsp. Kikomman Soy Sauce
● 5 Tbsp. Mirin ● 1 Tsp. Sugar
1 Tsp.Dill
● 2 Tsp.Parsley ● ½ Tsp.Sage

METHOD

Coat and marinate the fish for 15 minutes, turning over at half time.

Drip dry the fish over a rack in the fridge

.Before frying, sprinkle cornflour over the fish on both sides.

Shallow fry on sunflower oil with a small chunk of butter on medium heat. About 4 minutes on each side.

Served with your favorite vegetables.
