BAK KUT TEH @ SENG YUAN FOOD CENTRE, SEKAMA


This was not our lunch venue of choice... it was because the Too Kar P'ng (Horse) was sold out next door, and this was the closest one that still have food after 2. We just ordered 2 claypots without any specifics.

They were RM5 each, came with a variety of parts, apart from the usual spareribs. The broth was not overtly infused with herbal nuances, which is my preference. It came with rice and u-tiaw (cullers). For a stop-gap measure, it was adequate until tea break.

As the name implies, it's all about nothing! Kongkaying is like grasping in the air - more like hot air with occasional fartulence. Hopefully, something aromatic will come out of it! If not...
