I have this post partially done for quite some time (way before Mui Fai); 'partially' meaning I only have the photos and the layout done. Other events superseded this thus it has been in storage until I received this longish comment (advertorial in disguise) on Saturday night from a Big Mouth; trying to pimp one's eatery in a two-year old post is like Hugh Grant getting a blow job on Sunset Boulevard. Kailan With Oyster Sauce

I think we had half a duck plus a microwaved Kailan that night. Sure, there were ample parking at night... notice the number of cars parked outside; well, that's the number of tables occupied that night.
