
Dropped by Julian's place in the afternoon. Towards the evening, he popped into the kitchen and half and hour later, out came these meatless pasta for 5 persons. Unfortunately I wasn't in the photo mode mood, hence none of the cooking-in-progress photos.
What's in the pasta? Diced tomatoes, Tuscan cabbage, olives, tomatoes, oregano, vinegar and feta cheese; all organic - bought from Prahran Market. The cabbage tasted like the Chinese preserved mustard green when cooked with the olives and vinegar. The sourdough was home-made.

Your blog keeps getting better and better! Your older articles are not as good as newer ones you have a lot more creativity and originality now keep it up!
yes, writing a blog has become easier over time. but now schedule doesn't afford me the luxury to spend more time in the kitchen. eating out is the quick solution for now.
