JULIAN'S TUSCAN CABBAGE PASTA

Dropped by Julian's place in the afternoon. Towards the evening, he popped into the kitchen and half and hour later, out came these meatless pasta for 5 persons. Unfortunately I wasn't in the photo mode mood, hence none of the cooking-in-progress photos.

What's in the pasta? Diced tomatoes, Tuscan cabbage, olives, tomatoes, oregano, vinegar and feta cheese; all organic - bought from Prahran Market. The cabbage tasted like the Chinese preserved mustard green when cooked with the olives and vinegar. The sourdough was home-made.

yes, writing a blog has become easier over time. but now schedule doesn't afford me the luxury to spend more time in the kitchen. eating out is the quick solution for now.

ABOUT THIS BLOG

As the name implies, it's all about nothing! Kongkaying is like grasping in the air - more like hot air with occasional fartulence. Hopefully, something aromatic will come out of it! If not...
