CHINESE NEW YEAR EVE DINNER 13/2/2010

Steamed La-Jong Fish Head

Pork Chicken Combo with Chinese Wine

Fried Tau-Cheo Crabs

Grilled Big Shrimps

Vegetarian Veg. With Tau-Qua, Woodear Fungus and Mushrooms

Fried Broccoli With Sea Slugs, Hair Fungus And Needle Mushrooms

A Grand Shark's Fin Soup

All the above were home-cooked, and I didn't do any of the dishes except those in the kitchen sink.

a puurrfect quiet new year will do nicely.

that dinner was a whole afternoon's effort. 1 chef with a couple of assistants. i slept thu' the whole thing.
