As far as I know, there is no law preventing you from taking photographs of your food in a restaurant. If a restaurant asks me to not take pictures of its staff or other customers without asking first, I have no problem with that. But taking photographs of my food and my table? Unless there is a clearly posted policy against photography, then I am going to take those pictures.
As the name implies, it's all about nothing! Kongkaying is like grasping in the air - more like hot air with occasional fartulence. Hopefully, something aromatic will come out of it! If not...

there are a few restaurants wid no photography policy but some ppl can still shoot quickly and discreetly
